Job description:  Sales / Account Representative

Humanic is searching for candidates with three to five years of human resource sales experience with a robust HRIS solution. Experience with ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, Nuview, Ultimate, Spectrum, PeopleSoft or similar application preferred. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or human resource management preferred. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with superb communication skills, who are self-starters, customer-focused and looking to join a great team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Close new business sales for Humanic solutions
• Demonstrate software functionality to prospects based on a discovery process and a focused demo
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing client base to qualify and close new business products/services offerings
• Understand the major HR business processes
• Ability to convey customer and market feedback to product management staff
• Serve as primary liaison between company and customer for all business relationship matters
• Serve as a product representative at HR trade shows or other events.
• Assist in developing and recommending promotional programs and other marketing strategies to achieve sales goals
• Participate in internal projects and teamwork as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of software sales experience
• Knowledgeable in HRMS industry and practices
• Ability to travel
