Humanic Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) are fully integrated with Humanic HRMS. Both modules provide a direct link to your existing database with up-to-the-minute accuracy.

Employees will find the convenient self-service system easy to use. Humanic’s Self-Service solutions help organizations eliminate or reduce paperwork and manual processes associated with routine employee information updates.

Humanic Employee Self-Service (ESS):
Humanic’s Employee Self-Service module (ESS) allows employees to view and updated their HR records.  The ESS module is also a way for employees to be keep abreast of company news, policies, benefits, and time-off balances from any personal computer — in the office, at home or on the road.   The ESS system is integrated with MS Outlook to build the appropriate workflow and integrate them with e-mail. 

Employees are able to take care of the following online:

• Review benefits and deductions including processing open enrollment.
• Register for available training classes.
• Request time off and review time off  taken to date.
• Apply for a posted in-house job.
• Review and comment on performance appraisals.
• Update personal profiles such as marriage, children and W4 changes.
