HRMS Payroll Check Distribution &W2 Printing

Humanic provides customized check and statement design using laser technology. All checks and statements are laser printed using special security stock. Pay documents are put into sealed envelopes with windows for distribution.

Additional page communications are also handled as needed, for example, to notify employees of W-2 distribution dates. Other client communications, such as benefits confirmation statements, are also laser-printed at our facilities.

Distribution Services

In addition to printing pay documents and other client documentation, Humanic offers distribution services for mass mailings for benefits open enrollment packages, United Way, US Savings Bond drives, employee confidentiality statements, and so on. The specifications for these mailings would be determined in the Fit Analysis or set up as separate projects during the life of the contract with costs based on whether material is printed or distributed by Humanic Solutions, costs of mailing and supplies, and time and resources needed to complete the fulfillment mailing.
