From the range of possible types of data elements to editing characteristics, input procedures,
retrieval methodologies to specific company policies, rules and regulations, our design team
will identify and integrate those characteristics most appropriate to your company's needs
and constraints.
Teaming our experienced staff with yours, we begin by evaluating your specific functional
requirements. These requirements are based on the system considerations, database design,
external systems and "human" factors affecting your users. This is done through a complete
system demonstration that gives a detailed overview of system capabilities. You will review
necessary changes with our staff so the system can be modified to meet your company's needs.
Our staff evaluates the "gap" between the core system and your needs. An RDD (Requirements
Definition Document) is prepared that identifies system changes, including recommended design and
programming estimates. Humanic's focus is always on finding the most cost effective route
with all proposed customizations. Once the RDD is complete, it is presented for your company's
review and approval. The next step where required is to expand the RDD into a full DDS
(Design and Development Specification) which outlines the programming to be done to
accomplish the changes.
Following the outline of the DDS for your company's project, Humanic programmers will modify
the Humanic applications taking into consideration the impact of the customized system design
on your users and IS staff. Humanic assures that all system specifications, design, and
programming will result in a application that will serve as a valuable and friendly tool
for both Human Capital business management and IS staff.
