HRMS Training On-Site or Web

Humanic provides a comprehensive set of training choices that allow users to gain a complete understanding of the system and take full advantage of its broad array of features. We are able to tailor training sessions to meet a wide variety of special needs because all training is provided directly by Humanic professional services staff.

Examples of the types of training we can provide include:

On-site end user training, one or multiple sites
Train-the-trainer
Classroom training at our state of the art training centers
Interactive Internet based training using the Webex web conferencing tool.

Since Humanic has chosen as part of its Implementation model to train core system administrative users during the deployment process, end user training can often be performed in a Train-the-Trainer approach with the Humanic staff in order to keep costs in check.
