HRMS Reporting: Report Analytic Tool

Humanic has built a metadata layer between the Humanic applications
and the Discoverer report tool
to offer the most user intuitive reporting on the market today. No need to involve IT for
support of the tool since all of the table joins have already been made. All data elements
in the entire HRMS and Payroll application are available to drag and drop into a report.
The system is delivered with over 100 standard report templates that can become the starting
point to build thousands of new reports. Users can also use the report wizard to maneuver
through a few easy steps to produce a brand new, ad hoc report.

The tool's advanced analytic features allow for out of the box report configuration and
query capability. The end user has the ability to create calculated items based on SQL
analytic functions and predefined totals formulas. With Discoverer and the Humanic HRMS suite,
users can receive answers in minutes instead of hours to complex questions such as:
- What has been our retention rate in our departments?
- How are labor costs distributed across business units, departments or job functions?
- Which is our most cost effective benefit packages based on age, sex or time of service?
