with the core HRMS. Unlike add-on Self-Service products, employees have the ability to
interact with company policies, their employment history, paid time off, time keeping,
life events, compensation records and their benefits based on up to the moment eligibility
polices. Recent studies have shown that employee intranets have not had the return on
investment that many expected* but the Humanic HRMS Self Service by enabling employees to
view and interact with their data as it stands in a moment in time has produced the results
many expected.
HUMANIC MANAGER SELF- SERVICE
Humanic's Manager Self-Service component has also been built from the ground up to be
real time with the core HRMS database. The Manager Self-Service has also been built to
be highly configurable to approve, reject, respond and comment on the input that the employee
has made. In addition the Manager can initiate workflow with both the employee as well as
the HR and/or Payroll departments or with other senior staff. Humanic has layered the
security sign-on configuration on top of a workflow configuration on top of employee and
manager eligibility rules and made them interactive in real time with the core HRMS database
to produce the return on investment one might expect in the deployment of a robust Self-Service
application.
