If your business paid New York State unemployment insurance (SUI) wages during the lookback period of October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, you should receive an Interest Assessment Surcharge (IAS) notice around June 21, 2024.

The payment for this surcharge is due by July 21, 2024.
